How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, our system will automatically send an email with a tracking number to the email address you filled in when purchasing, and you can use the tracking number to check the logistics status of the package.

Are all the goods in stock?
We will update our inventory in a timely manner. However, if the goods are out of stock after you place an order, we will promptly notify you by email. Please check in time.

Can the delivery address be changed after placing an order?
When the order has not been shipped, you can contact us at mollyhome123@outlook.com to change the address, and if the order has been shipped, we are sorry that we cannot change the address for you, it is recommended that you confirm your delivery address when placing the  order.

Can I cancel my order if I don't want it?
For orders that have already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order for you, if you need to cancel the order, please contact mollyhome123@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing the order, otherwise our return process will apply.

Received a damaged package?
Under the long-term transportation of the package, it will inevitably cause problems such as package damage and product damage. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please don't worry, after receiving the damaged package, you can contact us by e-mail at the first time, provide us with pictures of the damaged package, and we will solve this problem for you.
