Change of Mind – 14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy. If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
Change-of-mind returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or incorrect items: If the item is defective or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Before shipment, we will thicken the packaging of the ceramic products. However, due to the reasons of international logistics transportation, if you receive damaged goods, please take photos and send them to me by email. I will resend the new goods for free or give you a full refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original and place a new order.
